Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ pounds stew meat
  • 6 cups beef broth – (you can use low sodium)
  • 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
  • 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces mushrooms – sliced, (about 1 cup mushrooms)
  • 8 ounces short noodles – cooked, (egg noodles,  cellentani, rotini)
  • ⅓ cup cold water
  • ¼ cup corn starch

Step by step Guide 

Beef Stroganoff Soup

Instant pot instruction

Step 1

In an instant pot add stew beef, worcestershire sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Place the lid of the instant pot, press “pressure cooker” and set time to one hour.

Step 2

Turn the venting nozzle to the vent position and let the vent until the button drops down. Remove the lid and change instant pot to soup mode. Add sour cream and 1 cup broth, now add the mushroom and stir mixture. In a bowl whisk cornstarch in cold water.

Step 3

While bowling the soup, whisk cornstarch mixture into the soup until soup thickens. Add the noodles and stir them. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh thymes or parsley, cracked black pepper, and grated parmesan cheese and serve.  

Slow cooker instructions 

Step 1

Combine stew meat, worcestershire sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on high heat for 3 hours or low heat 6 hours.

Step 2

Add sour cream and 1 cup of broth and cook until smooth. Add mushrooms and stir.  In a bowl whisk together cornstarch and cold water, then stir in a slow cooker.

Step 3

Cover the pot and cook on high flame for 1 hour. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked noodles. For garnishing use cracked black pepper, grated parmesan cheese,and fresh thyme or parsley and serve.

Ingredients 

Chicken Chili Soup

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 large jalapeno pepper,  diced and seeded
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup half and half, (half cream, half milk)
  • 2 (15.5 oz.) cans  drained cannellini beans
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans undrained mild green chilies
  • 1 ½ lbs. bone-in skinless chicken breast
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 1 (15.25 oz.) can whole kernel sweet corn, should be drained.
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Seasonings 

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon each: dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, mustard powder
  • ¼ teaspoon each: cayenne pepper, black pepper
  • 1 pinch black pepper flakes

Garnish options 

Lime wedges, Sour cream, Tortilla Strips, Diced Avocado Monterey  Fritos, or Pepper Jack cheese.

Step by step guide

Chicken Chili Soup

  • Step 1

In a 4 1/2-quart pot melt the butter. Add the onion and jalapeno pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Add the garlic too and cook for 1 minute.

  • Step 2

Add the flour and cook for 2 minutes until the raw flour smell is gone. Now add the chicken broth slowly, continuously stirring. 

  • Step 3

Optional: 1 cup of drained beans combined with ½ cup broth. Blend in a blender and food processor. Add this material into the soup along with remaining beans ( this helps to thicken the soup).

  • Step 4

Add the seasonings, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and green chilies. Bring to a boil for 15 minutes, uncovered the pot, then reduce to a boil.

  • Step 5 

Season whole chicken with salt and pepper. Add the chicken and the corn and let it boil for 15 to 20 minutes, uncovered. 

  • Step 6

Remove the chicken and cut it and return to the pot. Reduce the heat and add the cheese. Stir continuously until the cheese melts completely into the chili. Season it if needed. Soup is ready to serve!

Storage

Let the leftover soup cool. Shift it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. It can freeze well for 3 months.

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 6 ounces bulk Italian sausage,casing remove
  • 1 cup diced yellow onion
  • 3 cloves garlic,minced
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes,optional
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1(24 ounce) jar of ready marinara sauce,or you can also use 3 cups of homemade marinara sauce
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 ½  cups water
  • 2 tablespoon fresh chopped Italian parsley
  • ½ cup torn fresh basil and Italian parsley leaves(it’s your choice)

Cheese

  • 12 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 3 ounces mozzarella cheese,shredded
  • ½ cup finely grated parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Step 1

Take a large pot and fill it with water, bring to a boil. Add the lasagna noodles in the water and again bring to a boil. Cook noodles uncovered, frequently stir, about 4 to 5 minutes until just flexible. Transfer noodles in cooled water when they cool: drain these.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F. Attach a baking sheet with parchment paper,and oil parchment with 1 spoon olive oil.

Step3

Cut the noodles in half.Arrange noodles in the rows on the prepared baking sheet.Brush the noodles with melted butter make sure all the noodles are buttered fully,you can also use your fingertips to rub some butter.

Step 4

Bake the noodles until they are golden,and are going to brown and crispy from the edges.Now remove from oven and let  cool;cut them into bite size.

Step 5

Place a pot over a high heat,add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.Add the beef and sausages.Break the meat into small pieces by the use of a spatula.Let it cook without stirring until meat begin to sizzle,then keep cooking for about 7 minutes until meat brown. 

Step 6

Add onion,garlic,red pepper flakes,tomato paste,dried oregano,black pepper and kosher salt.let it cook for 3-4 minutes until the onions begin to colorless.

Step 7

Now add chicken broth,tomato sauce and water, stir continuously.Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.

Step 8

Stir the mozzarella cheese,ricotta cheese,and parmesan cheese together in a bowl.

Step 9

Enhance the heat of soup medium to high,stir the noodle pieces.Let it cook for 10 minutes until pasta is tender,during this stir occasionally.now reduce the heat and add 2 tablespoons of Italian parsley.

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1(16 ounce) package mini potato gnocchi
  • 1 (6 ounce) bag baby spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch(optional)
  • 2 tablespoon cold water (optional)
  • 2 cups half-and-half cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Step by step guide

Step 1

Heat oil in a big pot over medium heat.Add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic in hot oil  and cook until onion is colorless,about 5 minutes.Stir in chicken broth and cubes chicken and simmer it.

Step 2

Add gnocchi into the soup and let it cook until they begin to float, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Add the spinach and cook  for 3 minutes until it wilts.

Step 3

In a measurement cup stir cornstarch into cold water until smooth.Add the cornstarch into the mixture and half and half into the soup. Cook for about 5 minutes until the soup thickens slightly. Add salt and pepper. Serve it warm.

To store the chicken gnocchi soup, first let it cool then place it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

  • ⅓ teaspoon celery salt
  • ⅓ teaspoon onion powder

  • ⅓ spoon salt
  • ⅓ teaspoon pepper

Over medium heat melt butter in a saucepan.Allow it fully melt and begin to foam.It let the water in the butter to cook which will create a smoother texture.

Step 2

Gradually add the flour and whisk continuously for 3-5 minutes.Its texture will become like wet sand.

Remove from heat.Add ⅓ of the chicken broth and boil well.Add ⅓ more to combined.Finally whisk in the rest.Warm the milk in the microwave,slowly add it in the saucepan and whisk to combine.

  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed chicken broth
  • 1 ¼ cups water
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1(15 ounce) can black beans,rinsed and dried
  • 2 large boneless chicken breast halves cooked and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 cup cooked whole corn kernels
  • 1 cup white hominy
  • 1(4 ounce) green chile pepper,can chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup crushed tortilla chips oe to taste
  • 2 medium avocado,sliced or to taste
  • ½ cup shredded cheese ,or to taste
  • 2 tablespoon chopped green onions,or to taste

  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil

Over medium heat melt the butter in the large pot.Add onion and celery and cook about 5 minutes until softened.

Add vegetable broth,chicken broth, chicken,egg noodles,carrots,basil,oregano,salt and pepper.whisk to combine and bring to boil.

Ingredients which we need to make chicken gnocchi soup recipe include:olive oil,diced onion,celery,garlic,carrots,cubed chicken breast,chicken broth,1 package mini potato gnocchi,spinach leaves,corn,cream,salt and black pepper

First off all over medium heat ,hot the oil.Add onion,carrots,and garlic in the hot oil and cook for 5 minutes.Stir in chicken broth and chicken cubes,let them boil.Add the gnocchi and into the soup and cook until they begin to float.Cook almost 3-4 minutes.Stir in spinach and cook for 3 minutes.Stir cornstarch into cold water until smooth.Stir this mixture into soup.Cook for 5 minutes or until the soup thicken.Add salt and pepper for taste.The soup is ready to serve!
