  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 3 chicken breast should be cut into bite sized pieces
  • 14 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 1 ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 15 ounces canned black beans
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix 
  • Salt to taste
