Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 6 ounces bulk Italian sausage,casing remove
- 1 cup diced yellow onion
- 3 cloves garlic,minced
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes,optional
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1(24 ounce) jar of ready marinara sauce,or you can also use 3 cups of homemade marinara sauce
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 ½ cups water
- 2 tablespoon fresh chopped Italian parsley
- ½ cup torn fresh basil and Italian parsley leaves(it’s your choice)
Cheese
- 12 ounces ricotta cheese
- 3 ounces mozzarella cheese,shredded
- ½ cup finely grated parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Step 1
Take a large pot and fill it with water, bring to a boil. Add the lasagna noodles in the water and again bring to a boil. Cook noodles uncovered, frequently stir, about 4 to 5 minutes until just flexible. Transfer noodles in cooled water when they cool: drain these.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F. Attach a baking sheet with parchment paper,and oil parchment with 1 spoon olive oil.
Step3
Cut the noodles in half.Arrange noodles in the rows on the prepared baking sheet.Brush the noodles with melted butter make sure all the noodles are buttered fully,you can also use your fingertips to rub some butter.
Step 4
Bake the noodles until they are golden,and are going to brown and crispy from the edges.Now remove from oven and let cool;cut them into bite size.
Step 5
Place a pot over a high heat,add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.Add the beef and sausages.Break the meat into small pieces by the use of a spatula.Let it cook without stirring until meat begin to sizzle,then keep cooking for about 7 minutes until meat brown.

Add onion,garlic,red pepper flakes,tomato paste,dried oregano,black pepper and kosher salt.let it cook for 3-4 minutes until the onions begin to colorless.

Now add chicken broth,tomato sauce and water, stir continuously.Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
Step 8
Stir the mozzarella cheese,ricotta cheese,and parmesan cheese together in a bowl.
Step 9
Enhance the heat of soup medium to high,stir the noodle pieces.Let it cook for 10 minutes until pasta is tender,during this stir occasionally.now reduce the heat and add 2 tablespoons of Italian parsley.
Step 10
Soup is ready,pour in bowls topping with a scope of cheese mixture.
