My favorite tomato soup recipe! Because it’s easy and needs only three ingredients to make it. You can use canned and fresh tomatoes as well.
You will need three main ingredients to make this tomato soup: tomatoes,butter and onion.These ingredients with broth and salt you will make the best tomato soup.
In a large pot add butter,half onion cut into large pieces,and a large can of tomatoes.Cook them on a low flame for 40 minutes.It will become creamy,the soup even more creamy when blended.
3.French Onion soup recipe
The French onion soup recipe is one of my favorite recipes in the winter season. Its very easy to make, delicious and keeps you warm.
The ingredients which you need to make this soup are :Onion,butter,flour,beef stock,garlic,bay leaf,salt & pepper,bread and cheese.
To make french onion soup firstly to caramelize the onion,simply melt the butter in a large stock pot on a medium stove.Add your onions and toss so they combine with butter. Let them cook for 5 minutes until they get golden brown.Repeat for another 5 more minutes,if you feel the onions are starting to burn add a few splash of water or wine.When your onion are caramelized,stir your stock,bay leaf,and add all the ingredients let them cook until it reaches the summer.slow heat and simmer for at least 10 minutes.Then remove the bay leaf and rhythm sprigs,you can add the seasons if needed.
When soup is ready,ladle the soup into each bowl, you can top with cheese and toasted bread.Put these bowls in the oven and heat them until the cheese melted.Soup is ready to serve.Enjoy it!
4.Minestrone Soup Recipe

Minestrone soup Ingredients include:beans,broth,vegetables,garlic,tomatoes,parmesan cheese, herbs,salt and pepper,zucchini,leafy greens and pasta.
To make this soup,firstly,blend the beans with a cup of broth and make puree.Heat the olive oil over medium-high flame and saute the celery,carrots,onion,and garlic for 15 minutes.Now add the tomatoes,pureed beans,remaining broth,parmesan cheese,salt,pepper and all the herbs.Let the mixture to boil,cover the pot and cook it for 40 minutes on low flame.Add the spinach and zucchini,cover it and boil for about 10 minutes.During soup cooking,cook the pasta according to given package instruction.You can also cook pasta in soup.Remove the rosemary sprig,bay leaves,and parmesan rind and add salt and pepper for taste.Pour the soup in bowls with pasta and serve it.
5.Cabbage Soup Recipe

In a large pot, heat the olive oil, sauté the diced onion, carrot and celery for about 5 minutes. Then add garlic and spices. Add the cabbage and let it soften and stir frequently. Add the broth and vegetable and let them boil uncovered until the veggies soften. Remove the pot from heat, add lemon juice, parsley and pepper. The soup is ready to serve.

Split pea soup takes us back to our childhood when we were younger and over a bad cold and I asked mom to make for me split pea soup. We enjoyed it a lot and appreciate our mom for yummy soup. Now again we want to have this taste and now want to make it by yourself.
To make split pea soup ingredients are needed including:olive oil,yellow onion,celery,carrots and garlic,chicken broth and water,dried split peas,bay leaves,rhythm and parsley,salt and pepper and ham bone.
Let’s start cooking split pea soup,over medium-high flame, and heat olive oil in a large pot.Add onion and celery and saute 3 minutes.Now add garlic and saute for 1 minute.Add chicken broth and water,bay leaves,split pea and thyme.season it with salt and according to your taste.Add ham bone into soup mixture boil this mixture on reduce to low.Cover and let them cook until peas and ham are tender about 1 hour.Remove the ham from the soup.After 10 minutes of rest cut the met into pieces.During this add carrots in the soup,cover the soup and let them boil ,stirring occasionally until paes start broken,cook 30 minutes more.Stir ham into soup again add more salt if needed.Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Vegetable taco soup is always a favorite over our house. The flavors and ingredients of this soup are very different. This 30 minute vegetable taco soup is going to be very special.

Start making it,first of all heat the oil over medium-high heat,add all chopped vegetables (except for corn) to the pot and cook.Frequently stir until it starts to soften and become aromatic.Now add the spices and cook for a further few minutes.Add tomatoes and stock and simmer them.Season with salt and pinch of sugar it’s optional,slow the flame and allow the simmer for 15-20 minutes or until all the vegetable get soft.Pour the corn and beans and cook for 10 minutes more.season according to your taste and serve.
