- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic,chopped
- 2 quarts water
- 4 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ head cabbage,cored and coarsely chopped
- 1(14.5 ounce) can Italian style stewed tomatoes,diced
- 1 tablespoon parsley for garnishing
Step by Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large stockpot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic cook for 5 minutes until onion is transparent.
Step 2
Stir bouillon,salt,and pepper in water.Boil it then stir cabbage in it.Boil about 10 minutes until cabbage wilts.

Add tomatoes,boil it for about 15 to 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
